Chateau du Breuil
— This intimate chateau is buried deep in an enchanted Loire Valley forest (75 acres), yet a short drive to the historic monuments such as Chateau Chiverny (5 mins) and the even more popular, Chateau Chambord (20 mins).
You are perfectly positioned to experience the life of royalty. Close by are the historic and pretty towns of Amboise and Blois for shopping and quaint French bistros.
The chateau is intimate with only 16 rooms. The vast grounds are perfect for a long afternoon stroll. Or you may choose just to relax by the heated swimming pool or read in the very elegant salon.
Not a restaurant but rather an evening meal is offered for clients only. Monsieur is very knowledgeable about local wines; the royal wines of Cheverny once served François I and the vineyard ‘Domaine de la Plante d’or’ lies close by.
Situated in the Sologne region, the terrain boasts great cycling and horse riding facilities. There's just so much to do in the Loire Valley you could easily occupy yourself for a week! Why not book the suite and enjoy. Book direct with the chateau via the link.

HIGH SOCIETY: Chateau de Rochecotte
— Perched above the village of St Patrice lies this grand demeure. Once the home of the Duchesse de Dino and The Prince of Talleyrand, you can simply loose yourself in these vast grounds, 19-acres to be exact. The lovely Italian inspired terrace (which leads down to the swimming pool) is perfect for relaxing with an aperitif in the evening and watching the sunset before adjourning to dinner in an elegant salon.
There are exquisite pieces of furniture, antiques and chandeliers many of which are the original acquisitions of the former owner, the Duchesse de Dino. Today these pieces combine beautifully with some more modern additions to ensure comfort is retained and guests feel free to relax and enjoy the beauty.
You are nearby to the towns of Langeais (great for its chateau), Saumur for some antique shopping and Tours for more substantial shopping. Don’t miss the Fortress at Chinon. Rooms are larger than most; one suite being 80m2, now that’s space! A chateau to experience the life of luxury.

Chateau de Chissay
— Hotel: Is there no end to the beauty, history and wealth of a Loire Valley Chateau? Here's another who previous guests included Charles VII, Louis XI even General de Gaulle. The are various stages of Touraine architecture throughout the ages. Dinners are taken either in the guard room or the gothic room. Relax or read in the renaissance courtyard.
